Richard Kirtley, one of DD’s Export team, did his bit for charity at the weekend completing the Sheffield Half Marathon in a creditable 1 hour 32 minutes and beating his Mother in the process whilst simultaneously beating his personal best time by 40 seconds. It was a hot day and a difficult course but Clive Wren, DD’s roving photographer, snapped Richard in full flight on the way back in to town and also celebrating with his Family afterwards. Well done Richard!
Durham-Duplex ha been helping our Technical Engineer Gabriele Minacapilli to collect Easter Eggs as p[art of his role within the Junior Chambers International. As you can see he makes a fetching Easter Bunny as he delivered 370 Easter Eggs to the Sheffield Children’s Hospital in behalf of JCI. As Gabriele said ” It was an awesome result and many thanks to everyone for their contribution.”
Durham-Duplex had a successful exhibition at the Health & Safety show it the NEC. Area Sales Manager (South) Alex Smith said ” People love our wide range of safety knives and other cutting solutions. As the show has expanded the visitors specialisations have changed from a very narrow H&S focus to include maintenance engineers and a much broader requirement for our products.
