Singular Single Edge Blades

GEM® blades are triple faceted single edge blades with highly engineered and consistent edges for use industrial.

These blades are used in a variety of roles, including Medical production of catheters in a clean room environment and in the manufacture of automotive windshields, where accuracy and control are required. GEM® blades are available in CS and SS with a variety of spines including aluminium, Steel and SS to suit the application.

Similarly the blades are available washed, degreased or coated to match the requirements of the job. The GEMRUNNER® cartridge system is utilised to ensure these blades are delivered in perfect condition to the user or GEM® is also available in clean room ready “ice cubes” of 10 blades.
