Mr Piper was looking happy for good reason as this company renowned sugar lover was exhibiting in the midst of the Worlds biggest sweets and chocolate exhibition ISM held in Koln at the end of January. The manufacturing equipment part of the show is called Prosweets and Durham-Duplex had a small stand to connect with European and global manufacturers. “This show bought very different enquiries from our normal EU shows.” said David ” In particular the enquiries were from companies obsessed with quality in their own products so recognised the quality in ours. It was nice to be able to talk about performance and finish not just price. All in all a good show and of course the opportunity to sample everything from Stroop Waffles to popcorn is an added bonus.”
